Project stages.
- 01Brief
A free consultation or the brief on this site: the task, timeline and budget range. If the task isn't in our catalogue or isn't something we do, we say so straight away.
- 02Estimate
Scope, stages, timeline and price before work begins. What's included, what isn't, and how many rounds of revisions — all in the estimate.
- 03Staged reviews
First 2–3 samples; after your sign-off we do the rest. That keeps revisions cheap and means nothing has to be redone from scratch. Every stage ends with a review.
- 04Handover
Files, sources, access and a guide. Finished work is checked against a list before handover, and websites and bots are also checked by a separate agent.
- 05Support
One-off on request, or monthly as part of a Studio Subscription.

Every decision and stage result goes into the project log, which stays with you along with the files.
Payment by stage.
- Smaller projects — 50% before we start and 50% once you've approved the work, before source files are handed over. Very small jobs are paid upfront or through the platform's safe deal.
- Projects from $700 — by stage: you pay for a stage before it starts and receive its result.
- Studio Subscription — a month in advance.
Clients outside Russia pay by bank transfer to our account in Turkey. If a project stops, you pay only for completed stages.
Whichever suits you — the project is yours either way.
- On your accounts. You open hosting, the bot and services; we work as members.
- We build, then hand over. A fast start: at handover we transfer ownership of the bot, site, sheets and workflows.
- Fully managed on our infrastructure. If you'd rather not think about servers, your site and bots run with us and you pay monthly support.
The domain is always registered in your name. How to hand the whole project over is written into the estimate up front — we do it on request.
Service costs — subscriptions, AI, hosting — appear in the estimate as a separate line. On your own accounts you pay the services directly; if we run things on our infrastructure, services are part of the monthly support, within a set limit.
Your customers' personal data.
Where your customers' data is stored and which AI we use is decided during the brief, in line with your country's law. For businesses in Russia, we work to 152-FZ.
