Data processing consent

By sending an enquiry or a brief on studio.sebastiandesigual.com, leaving my contact details in the chat assistant or the Telegram bot @SDStudio_assistant_bot, and ticking the consent box, I freely, of my own will and in my own interest consent to the processing of my personal data by the controller — [to be confirmed], self-employed, taxpayer number [to be confirmed], contact: sebastian.desigual@gmail.com (SD Studio) — on the following terms. The Russian version of this consent prevails.

1. What data

Name; Telegram username and/or phone number; email, if I provided one; brief answers (industry, city or country, whether I have a brand and a website, links, task description, timeline, budget range); my conversation with the AI assistant and the Telegram bot; chat ID and Telegram profile data (in the bot); the page and site language the enquiry was sent from.

2. Why

To reply to my enquiry or question, prepare a proposal and estimate, enter into and perform a contract, and to let the AI assistant answer my questions and pass them to the team.

3. What may be done with the data

Collection, recording, organisation, accumulation, storage, updating, retrieval, use, transfer (provision, access), blocking, deletion and destruction — using automated means.

4. Transfer

I agree that:

• the data is stored in a database on a server in Moscow, Russia;
• the text of my chat and bot messages is processed by the YandexGPT language model (Yandex.Cloud LLC) on the controller's instructions;
• a notification about my enquiry (name, contact, enquiry text, conversation with the assistant) is sent to the team via Telegram, whose servers are outside Russia, and the team reads it, including from Turkey — that is, a cross-border transfer of personal data takes place.

5. Duration and withdrawal

This consent is valid until the purposes of processing are achieved, but no longer than 3 years after my last contact. Conversations with the AI assistant are kept for 90 days. I can withdraw consent at any time by writing to sebastian.desigual@gmail.com; the controller will then stop processing and delete the data within 30 days unless the law requires it to be kept.
